If you know me, then you know that I am a girl that loves a good deal! Not just a great sale at a local store..I love to dig deep at garage sales and thrift stores. Its a thrill! I love to save my family money, work alittle harder and find beautiful things for less. I love nice things for my home but not the price. I rarely buy anything even clothes at normal prices. I refuse to! This part of me was not a trait I was born with, but lovingly taught by from my sweet husband. At first I would make fun of him but thank God I opened my eyes and seen how you can really save and what fun it is!!!

Well I love ebay and Craig's List. My two best finds were a kitchen table along with the matching six chairs and two leaves and a wooden swing set!
I LOVE thrift shops, garage sales, and like you I NEVER buy anything at retail price - except food - but if there was a way . . . :0) We've even MADE money on purchasing stuff! Last year I was able to buy the ENTIRE Saxon math curriculum for $30 at a garage sale and sold it all for almost $400. THAT was AWESOME!

Hey Sarah Beth! I found a faux stone wall shelf at Salvation Army for only $2. I don't even know where I am going to put it yet, but I couldn't pass it up! :-) I love your find!
