Once you make this sauce there are many different recipes you can do. Our top 2 favories are chicken alfredo and shrimp alfredo.
To make shrimp alfredo is easy! Heat your skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter..stir to melt. Add your peeled shrimp, the amount is up to you~ We normally cook 1lb of shrimp. Heat your shrimp in the butter til pink..next add pepper and salt. We love fettuccine noodles. Once noodles are cooked just mix in your sauce and shrimp.
For chicken alfredo we use 1lb of chicken. Heat in a pan with water, once no longer pink we like to add, pepper, salt and italian house dressing. If you can grill your chicken! Cut in cubes and add to your noodles.. mix well with your alfredo sauce. We also love broccoli in our pasta and mozzerella cheese!

Yum! Yum! Yum! I love Alfredo anything!
Yum! Sounds so good and easy to make. I bet you could use half and half in place of the cream to cut some fat and calories. I just may try that :)
Sarah, I love Chicken Alfredo. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.
God bless you,

This looks yummy. I have tried different sauces - both good - but the photo of yours makes me want to try yours. :-)
Tasty!! We love alfredo! I have a good recipe for it too, may try this sometime! :-) I would love to add shrimp but I am the only one who likes it around here!!! Boo...lol...chicken will do, though hehe.
Oh yes, Alfredo is my favorite pasta dish. I often throw in peas and mushrooms with chicken. YUM!
I just made this and it is hands down the best alfredo I've ever had!
