Week 2 is here! Linking up again with Women Living Well Blog~!
This week challenge is, be a little more creative with your praise. So I challenge you today to not just show your husband you love him but show him that you LIKE him! {Women living well}
I am excited for this next step in the challenge. I like to be creative and this just brings me ton of motivation!
My ideas for next week is.. yaknow the old saying, a way to a man's heart is his stomach? Well when I introduced my soon to be hubby at the time to my dear friend, Nicole she told me that saying..it always stuck with me and I really began to get creative with cooking and basically to cook more for him. I have kept this in mind all these years, he loves my cooking! BUT with the kids, cleaning, homeschooling... trying to fit in a shower, fresh air, ect, baking has been put on the back burner.
SO I am going to bake away all his favorites and try new recipes as well..kinda make it a "pie week" his fav!! I know that his heart will be soaring with love and happiness! :) :)
Another idea of mine is to leave a love note for him... He has a pile in our bathroom of small tools and pens and paper, basically everything out of his pockets when he gets home. Which he then throws everything back into his pockets the next morning. Going to leave my love letter in that spot for a morning suprise!
A few other ways I will be showing him my love is to ask him everyday what I can do for him. He never asks for much but I want to make sure he knows, he is first to me. I will also create 10 things I adore about him, maybe frame it too! {{I use to write poems, drawings..creative lil things, sweet cards..I want to start doing that again..he has saved them all and needs new ones!!}}
Here are a few quotes that I would like to leave you with...
"A perfect wife is one who doesn't expect a perfect husband."Author Unknown
"A faithful and loving wife is the jewel of a marriage." Lamar Cole
What ideas do you have to show your husband you love him??
Would love to hear!
