Menu Planning, week 2



I love planning my menu! Last week was a great guide for me, some dinners and lunches got pushed to this week due to me being sick and my hubby keeping to simpler dishes! ;~)

Friday:
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches, corn chips
Dinner: Chicken Taco soup with cheese, crushed corn chips, sour cream on top

Saturday
Lunch:my hubbys breakfast sandwiches, bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel
Dinner: Cheeseburger soup
Red velvet cake for dessert

Sunday
Lunch: Out for lunch after church service
Dinner: leftover cheeseburger soup

Monday:
Lunch: crackers, lunchmeat, cheese {build your own sandwich} with fruit.
Dinner: Bowtie pasta with sausage and red peppers, fresh bread.
Will post the pasta recipe next week!

Tuesday:
Lunch: turkey tortilla roll ups, carrots & celery with ranch.
Dinner: Baked chicken with red potatoes, salad

Wednesday
Lunch: breakfast roll ups, apple slices
Dinner: Toasted BLT's with chips

Thursday
Lunch: Tuna dip{here is the recipe} with fruit
Dinner: Nathan hot dogs with homemade coleslaw
